PACE is supporting a renewable energy investment platform in the appointment of a Senior Investment Associate / Manager to join their London team. Our client invests across European renewable energy and energy transition infrastructure assets. With continued capital deployment and an active pipeline of transactions, they are seeking an experienced investment professional to support deal execution and portfolio growth. This role offers direct exposure to acquisitions, structuring and asset optimisation within a fast moving clean energy environment.
The Role
As Senior Investment Associate / Manager, you will play a key role in originating, analysing and executing renewable energy transactions. You will work closely with senior leadership across the full investment lifecycle, from screening and due diligence through to financial close and portfolio management. This is a commercially focused position suited to someone looking to step into greater deal ownership and responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial modelling and valuation analysis for renewable energy transactions
- Support acquisition processes including due diligence, structuring and negotiation
- Prepare investment committee materials and internal approval papers
- Conduct market analysis and assess pipeline opportunities
- Coordinate with legal, technical and financial advisors
- Support refinancing, optimisation and exit strategies across the portfolio
- Monitor portfolio performance and contribute to strategic decision making
About You
- 4–8+ years’ experience within renewable energy investment, infrastructure funds, project finance or M&A
- Strong financial modelling and transaction execution capability
- Experience working on renewable energy or energy transition assets
- Confident managing advisors and multiple workstreams
- Commercially minded with strong analytical skills
