Pace Infrastructure is supporting a major contractor within a rail framework environment and is looking to appoint an experienced Sub Agent / Agent to support the delivery of structures and earthworks packages across Kent. This role is ideal for a hands-on construction professional with strong rail civils experience, comfortable managing complex works in live rail environments from planning through to delivery.
The Role
You will take full responsibility for the construction management and delivery of rail-based civils works, with a key focus on structures and earthworks packages.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day delivery of structures and earthworks packages
- Plan, sequence, and coordinate works in line with programme & possession constraints
- Produce and review RAMS, WPPs, TBSs, ITPs, and method statements
- Manage subcontractors across:
- Earthworks
- Reinforced concrete
- Retaining walls
- Drainage & associated civils
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sub Agent / Agent / Construction Manager within a rail environment
- Strong delivery background in:
- Structures (RC, retaining walls)
- Bulk earthworks
- Drainage
