We are currently recruiting experienced PTS Supervisors to work across multiple rail civils projects in Kent, Wessex and London. This role will involve supervising works on drainage, platform construction and station builds, ensuring all activities are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme requirements. This is a great opportunity for supervisors looking for ongoing rail work with a well-established contractor.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day rail civils operations on site
- Oversee works including drainage, platforms and station builds
- Manage site teams, subcontractors and labour
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and rail standards
- Deliver site briefings, task plans and daily reports
- Monitor productivity and quality of works
Requirements
- Valid PTS (Personal Track Safety)
- SSSTS or SMSTS
- Proven experience as a Supervisor in rail civils
- Strong background in drainage, platforms or station construction
- Ability to lead teams and manage site operations effectively
- Good understanding of rail safety procedures and site compliance
- Willing to complete Volker Responsible Supervisor induction
