Pace HR Ltd | B Corp is seeking a proactive HR administrator to support client HR admin duties and assist Senior HRBPs with their portfolio.

The role combines remote and on-site work with travel to client sites around York, North Yorkshire, two days per week.

A driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle are required.

You will be involved across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to change management and, where needed, tricky terminations.
