We are urgently seeking an experienced Document Controller to support a live, long-term infrastructure programme. This is a remote role, with travel to project sites across Scotland as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project records, deliverables, and transmittals
  • Maintain document registers within a Common Data Environment (CDE)
  • Support project closeout and handover documentation
  • Interface with project teams and external stakeholders
  • Support or work alongside BIM coordination activities where required

Required Experience

  • Proven Document Control experience within project environments
  • Strong working knowledge of CDE systems (e.g. Autodesk ACC, Vault, or similar)
  • Understanding of document governance and approval workflows
  • BIM experience desirable, not essential
  • Scotland-based with flexibility to travel to sites
