Our client is recruiting for a Project Controls Manager to join a leading organisation delivering complex, high-value infrastructure projects across the UK. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of integrated project controls across major programmes, working closely with senior delivery stakeholders and clients in a visible, influential position.
The Role
- As Project Controls Manager, you will be responsible for providing clear, accurate and forward-looking controls across cost, schedule, risk and performance.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Leading integrated project controls across major infrastructure programmes
- Owning programme schedules (Primavera P6), cost control, forecasting and change management
- Producing high-quality performance reporting and insight for senior stakeholders
- Supporting scenario planning, recovery strategies and decision-making
About You
You will be a proven Project Controls professional with experience operating in complex infrastructure environments. You are likely to have:
- Experience as a Project Controls Manager or Senior Project Controls Engineer
- Background delivering infrastructure projects (rail, energy, water, transport, civils)
- Strong capability across planning, cost, risk and reporting
- Confidence engaging and influencing senior stakeholders
- A structured, analytical approach with the ability to see the bigger picture
