Due to major growth, our client is seeking Project Controls Managers UK wide.

People who can lead, influence and drive better project outcomes.

You’ll be joining a major UK infrastructure programme with all the complexity and challenge you’d expect — multi-£bn budget, multiple stakeholders, and serious opportunity to make your mark.

What you’ll do

• Own cost, schedule, and risk integration across a live capital programme.
• Lead, coach, and uplift a high-performing team of planners, cost, and risk professionals.
• Turn data into decisions — from Power BI dashboards to executive reporting.
• Champion project controls best practice and continuous improvement.

What you’ll bring

• Solid experience in Project Controls Management within infrastructure, energy, or defence.
• Strong grasp of P6, cost management, and reporting tools (Power BI a big plus).
• The confidence to influence senior stakeholders — and the credibility to back it up.
• A mindset that’s proactive, not reactive. You see the issues before they happen.
