Can you take a client’s "we know what we need" and turn it into a clear plan, a working setup and a confident handover?

PACE Global is supporting our client with a role at the point where construction and infrastructure delivery meets digital technology.

As larger client engagements develop, our client needs someone who can bring structure to onboarding and implementation: ask the right questions, agree what needs delivering, coordinate the work and keep the client informed.

You will work closely with senior colleagues in a small team, taking ownership of defined implementations while learning the platform and the processes behind it.

What you will do:

  • Understand client objectives, workflows and reporting requirements, turning them into a clear scope and delivery plan.
  • Coordinate onboarding and implementation across client stakeholders and internal colleagues, tracking milestones, dependencies and actions.
  • Spot gaps, manage expectations and raise risks or changes early, with practical options for moving forward.
  • Support reporting and dashboard requirements, checking that outputs answer useful client questions.
  • Coordinate readiness checks and a clear handover into Customer Success.
  • Build trusted client relationships, identify additional needs and improve the way future implementations are delivered.

What you will bring

You may be an Assistant Project Manager, Project Coordinator, PMO or Project Controls professional, or already work in client implementation.

What matters is evidence that you can organise delivery, communicate confidently and follow through.

Construction or infrastructure knowledge would be particularly useful.

You should be comfortable working with project information and reports and interested in learning digital tools. Familiarity with P6 and Power BI is helpful; these are supporting skills rather than the centre of the role.

You will enjoy asking questions, solving practical problems and working with people. You can take ownership while recognising when specialist input or a senior decision is needed.

Why consider it?

This is an opportunity to use your project experience in a broader client-facing technology role, work directly with senior colleagues and help shape a growing implementation function. Development could include deeper delivery, account or reporting responsibilities as your strengths and the business need evolve.

The team values reliable delivery and practical flexibility around important client milestones.
