Job Summary: Looking is seeking a highly skilled and experienced P6 System Specialist to manage and optimize our Oracle Primavera environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of Primavera P6 and related applications (EPPM, OPC, Predict). This role requires a strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, and cost control processes, as well as deep technical expertise in Oracle Primavera solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing Primavera data migrations, providing user support, and ensuring system integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the migration and integration of Primavera data.
- Own the Oracle Primavera database maintenance and functionality.
- Run end-of-month reports from OPC/EPPM.
- Serve as the senior administrator for the Oracle Primavera P6 database (all environments and instances).
- Liaise with Oracle support for licensing and technical issues.
- Grant access to planners based on project requirements.
- Manage the EPPM production and stage environments.
- Create Oracle Service Requests (SRs) to investigate and resolve application issues.
- Produce P6 COBRA budget and performance reports.
- Troubleshoot application issues, replicate user problems, and provide solutions or workarounds.
- Perform database cleaning of old and redundant data (e.g., global codes, calendars, projects, and templates).
- Set and maintain schedule integrity criteria, including 14-point checks using Deltek Acumen Fuse.
- Administer Acumen Fuse.
- Provide detailed weekly P6 extracts for EVM and COO reporting.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Oracle Primavera P6 administrator and/or solution architect.
- Extensive knowledge of Oracle Primavera P6, EPPM, OPC, and Predict.
- Experience with Primavera data migration and integration.
- Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, and cost control principles.
- Proficiency in database administration and maintenance.
- Experience with Deltek Acumen Fuse.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in creating and running reports.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle Primavera P6 certification.
