I am recruiting on behalf of a global consultancy who is looking for an experienced Senior Project Planner to join their team.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules and resource allocations. Produce and manage master schedules with visibility of key milestones and interdependencies. Proactively review project performance to ensure alignment with delivery targets and strategic goals.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify project risks and opportunities, proposing effective mitigations. Maintain risk logs and ensure all issues are escalated and addressed promptly. Carry out regular reviews with project teams to keep risk levels within acceptable limits.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting: Provide regular project status updates and in-depth reports to senior stakeholders. Facilitate planning sessions and workshops, communicating impacts of scope changes. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure transparency and clarity in project deliverables.
- Essential:

- Demonstrable experience in planning large, complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Advanced proficiency in planning tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6)
