Pace is recruiting for a Document Controller to support a Major Projects team. The role will focus on managing the flow, quality, and control of project documentation across both internal teams and external stakeholders. This person will be responsible for ensuring technical documents, drawings, contracts, and correspondence are correctly recorded, version-controlled, reviewed, and distributed in line with programme processes and governance.
They will also act as a key point of contact for information management, maintaining the SharePoint structure, supporting compliance standards, and helping project teams access accurate information efficiently to keep the programme moving smoothly.
£330 per day, Inside IR35. Travel 2 times a week to Brighton. The rest is remote.
