I'm working exclusively on a Project Controls Director appointment for a leading capital delivery organisation operating across some of the UK's most significant programmes in defence, rail, aviation, infrastructure, and water.
What the role involves:
- Full ownership of the project controls function across a major programme portfolio
- Leading and developing a high-performing team of planners, cost managers, risk engineers and BI analysts
- Board-level stakeholder management β translating performance data into decisions
- The role may be in region but equally may require national travel β 2/3 days on site per week
What we're looking for:
- Director or Head-of-Function level track record on major capital programmes (Β£500m+)
- Cross-sector credibility β defence, rail, infrastructure, water, aviation
- EVM, change management, baseline governance β you know what good looks like
