Your tasks in the London studio:

  • Welcome and support our members with a warm smile at the front desk.
  • Help ensure smooth daily operations in the club.
  • Advise members on classes, memberships, and special offers.
  • Contribute your own ideas to improve and develop our services.
  • Foster a motivating, friendly atmosphere throughout the club.
  • Manage member check-ins and check-outs through our booking system.
  • Sell small snacks and drinks at the reception area.

Your personality

  • A passion for sports and fitness (especially HYROX) is a plus, but not required.
  • Warm, open personality and genuine enjoyment in working with people.
  • High motivation, team spirit, and a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to actively help shape and grow our studio.
  • Organizational skills, flexibility, and a structured way of working.
