The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, with proficiency in Power BI. The Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, creating insightful dashboards, and developing automated solutions to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\n * Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support strategic decision-making.\\n\\n * Dashboard Development: Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.\\n\\n * Data Quality & Integrity: Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports, dashboards, and analytical outputs.\\n\\n * Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, operations, and IT, to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.\\n\\n * Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve data analysis processes and tools and implement innovative solutions.\\n\\nQualifications:\\n\\n * 2-5 years of experience in a data analysis or similar role.\\n\\n * Strong proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation.\\n\\n * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.\\n\\n * Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.\\n\\nPreferred Skills:\\n\\n * Expertise in Power BI for complex data visualization and report creation.\\n\\n * Proficient in creating and managing custom applications using Power Apps to automate business processes.\\n\\n * Familiarity with data visualization best practices to ensure clear and effective communication of insights.\\n\\n * Understanding of data modeling techniques to support the creation of efficient, scalable analytical solutions.\\n\\nPersonal Attributes:\\n\\n * Analytical mindset: Able to think critically and approach data with curiosity and rigor.\\n\\n * Detail-oriented: Thorough in ensuring data accuracy and quality.\\n\\n * Collaborative: Comfortable working in a team environment and across departments.\\n\\n * Self-motivated: Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.\\n\\n * Adaptable: Willing to learn new tools and technologies as needed
