What You'll Be Doing

  • Day-to-day responsibilities centre on supporting the successful delivery of major programmes through robust performance management.
  • You will collaborate closely with scheduling and commercial colleagues to define delivery structures and establish credible, defensible baselines.
  • Ongoing responsibilities include tracking progress, monitoring expenditure, managing change, and producing clear, insight-driven reports that help clients understand programme health and make informed decisions.

What We're Looking For

  • A background in controls on large infrastructure programmes is advantageous; experience across sectors such as aviation, transport, utilities, or defence is particularly welcome.
  • Regardless of sector, candidates must be able to demonstrate solid hands-on knowledge across:
    • Earned value management
    • Cost control
    • Change and baseline management
    • Progress measurement
    • Reporting
    • Working within a Primavera P6 environment

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong numerical and analytical ability, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Familiarity with scheduling platforms (e.g. Primavera) and programme reporting tools
  • Experience with ERP or procurement systems such as Oracle or SAP is desirable
  • A degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience in a controls setting
  • Senior candidates will be expected to demonstrate initiative, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal direction
