PACE Academy Trust is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee two primary schools, Beecholme and New Valley, with a focus on people management, HR development, and health & safety compliance.
The role is 20 hours per week, spread over 3–4 days during term time with three weeks of holiday hours. You will work with Headteachers and the Finance Manager to ensure strong operational support across the trust.
