This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hemel Hempstead. The role involves coordinating design processes, managing project documentation and contracts, and assisting in the execution of applied product projects. The coordinator will also be responsible for engaging with clients, ensuring seamless communication, and maintaining quality standards throughout project lifecycles.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to interpret data and assess design requirements.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for effective client and team interactions.
- Experience in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management, ensuring precise and favourable agreements.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities to meet project deadlines and objectives.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
- Knowledge of air conditioning systems with a focus on commercial and industrial heat pumps and relevant regulations would be advantageous.
- Proficiency with project management or design software is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
