Pacadar UK is seeking a Human Resources Generalist / HR Technician to join our factory team at London Thamesport (ME30EP). This role is ideal for a hands-on HR professional with experience in industrial or manufacturing environments, capable of handling generalist HR functions while supporting administrative and operational processes.
The HR Technician will support our workforce, ensuring smooth HR operations, compliance with UK employment regulations, and the development of policies and procedures aligned with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management.
- Support payroll preparation and benefits administration.
- Maintain compliance with UK labor laws and health & safety regulations.
- Assist in employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
- Coordinate training, induction, and development initiatives.
- Provide HR support to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and HR-related inquiries.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and reporting.

- Previous experience (2–5 years) as an HR Technician / HR Generalist in an industrial, manufacturing, or factory environment.

- Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment.
- Knowledge of Spanish is a plus (optional).
