This client-facing role supports Government, NHS and Defence organisations operating in secure, mission-critical environments and improving network visibility, performance and security assurance.
What you’ll do:
- Lead technical discovery & customer workshops.
- Deliver demonstrations & support Proof of Concepts.
- Design secure WAN & network infrastructure solutions.
- Support RFP/RFI responses & bid activity.
- Act as trusted advisor to technical & senior stakeholders.
What you’ll bring:
- Active SC clearance.
- Public sector experience (Gov / NHS / MoD).
- 5+ years in IT (presales, solutions or network engineering).
- Strong networking expertise: Cisco, WAN, MPLS, TCP/IP.
- Confident customer-facing & presentation skills.
Education & Certifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, Network Engineering or related field or equivalent industry experience.
- CCNA / CCNP / CCIE or similar certifications desirable.
Valuable experience:
- Network visibility / performance monitoring tools.
- Packet analysis & troubleshooting.
- Cloud & virtualisation technologies.
- Government frameworks or tender responses.
