Ideal candidate profile:

Must-have:

  • Minimum of 2 Years Registered Manager experience in domiciliary/home care
  • Strong understanding of CQC compliance, audits, and quality frameworks
  • Experience with recruitment, rota management, service growth, and retention
  • Confident managing safeguarding, incidents, complaints, and risk
  • Based in / able to commute to Bridgend / Port Talbot
  • History of improving CQC ratings (Good/Outstanding)
  • New service setup / startup experience (since this is a new service lead role)
  • Strong community network in South Wales (referrals, local authority links)
