- Minimum of 2 Years Registered Manager experience in domiciliary/home care
- Strong understanding of CQC compliance, audits, and quality frameworks
- Experience with recruitment, rota management, service growth, and retention
- Confident managing safeguarding, incidents, complaints, and risk
- Based in / able to commute to Bridgend / Port Talbot
- History of improving CQC ratings (Good/Outstanding)
- New service setup / startup experience (since this is a new service lead role)
- Strong community network in South Wales (referrals, local authority links)
