Weekend Care Assistant / Support Worker

Nights – Wednesday or Friday or Saturday nights,,, all or one! Location: Cowfold, West Sussex Are you a night owl with a caring heart? Would you love to make a real difference in someone’s life while working in a peaceful countryside setting? We’re looking for a compassionate and reliable Waking Night Support Worker to join a dedicated team supporting one truly amazing young lady. She’s sweet, she’s kind, and full of life. Her passions include tattoos, Disney, horses, musicals, colouring, photography, drawing, singing, dancing, and of course—shopping! Despite living with complex epilepsy, she embraces life with joy and curiosity. She requires 1:1 support 24 hours a day to stay safe and enjoy the things she loves. Your role during the night will be to ensure her wellbeing, respond to all her needs, her seizures, and provide a calm, reassuring presence for the night. There is always back up of talking to mum on the phone so you never feel alone. You will work closely with her family to ensure consistent and holistic support as well as having our support. It’s a win win!
