About the Role
You’ll be supporting one client on their journey to independence, helping them achieve personal goals, build confidence, and reclaim their lives. This isn’t just a job — it’s an opportunity to provide meaningful, person-centred support that empowers individuals to live happy and fulfilling lives.
Pay Rate £13.20 per hour
Location Crawley and surrounding areas
Your Responsibilities
- Foster independence by encouraging clients to plan their futures and achieve their goals
- Support clients with daily activities tailored to their interests and abilities — not just routine care tasks
- Provide compassionate, personalised care that builds meaningful relationships
- Help clients secure employment, make new friends, and even move into their own homes
This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with one individual rather than visiting multiple clients daily. You’ll receive full training to help you excel and grow in this rewarding position.
What We’re Looking For
