We work with young adults in the Crawley and surrounding area who live with neurological disorders and learning disabilities, helping them lead rich, fulfilling lives on their terms. No rushing between those needing support. No task-focused care. Just meaningful support and genuine connections.

About the Role:

  • Location: Crawley and surrounding areas
  • Schedule: Rota-based (Monday to Sunday) we also have part-time, weekend, and night shifts available
  • Pay Rate: from £13.20 per hour

You’ll support people with various activities based on their individual goals and personalities, not just basic care needs. Full training is provided, including opportunities to gain formal qualifications in brain injury and learning disabilities support.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A positive, caring attitude and a sense of humour
  • Previous experience in care (preferred, but not essential)
  • Compassion, reliability, and the ability to work independently
  • A valid driving licence and access to a car for work
  • You must have the right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship at this time)
