We are looking for a Technology Enablement Engineer to provide responsive technical support while helping us improve our Mac, Microsoft 365 and wider workplace technology services.

About the role
You will provide technical support across macOS, Windows, mobile devices, Microsoft 365 and workplace technology, with a particular focus on improving our Mac service.
You will support the full Mac lifecycle through Apple Business Manager and Microsoft Intune. This includes enrolment, configuration, compliance, application deployment, updates and retirement.
This is a varied role combining daily technical support with endpoint management, automation, projects and service improvement. You will take ownership of issues, keep colleagues informed and help deliver secure and easy to use technology services.
What you will be doing
• Provide remote and in person technical support, taking ownership of incidents and requests through to resolution.
• Support Mac hardware, operating systems, applications, identity, networking, peripherals and collaboration tools.
• Manage Mac devices through Apple Business Manager and Microsoft Intune, including automated enrolment, configuration, compliance, deployment, updates and rebuilds.
• Improve zero touch deployment processes for Mac and Windows devices.
• Support Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Manage Windows, macOS, iOS and Android devices through Microsoft Intune.
• Create and maintain configuration profiles, deployment packages and scripts under agreed change controls.
• Improve automation through shell scripting, PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, Power Automate and other suitable tools.
• Support laptops, mobile devices, meeting rooms, applications and peripherals across office, home and event environments.
• Contribute to projects, testing, documentation, knowledge sharing and service improvements.
• Help the business adopt AI tools safely and identify practical ways to improve efficiency.
• Apply security, data protection and least privilege principles in your daily work.
What we need from you
• Experience supporting macOS in a business environment.
• Experience managing endpoints through Microsoft Intune or a similar platform.
• Knowledge of Apple Business Manager, automated device enrolment, configuration profiles or Mac application deployment.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365, identity, access, authentication and device compliance.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows, iOS and Android devices.
• A structured approach to resolving hardware, software, network and collaboration issues.
• Clear communication skills and a strong focus on colleague service.
• The ability to manage competing priorities, take ownership and maintain accurate documentation.
Experience with scripting, Windows Autopilot, application packaging, Teams Rooms, audiovisual technology or generative AI tools would be helpful.
The role may include occasional travel or support outside normal working hours for major events and business critical activity.
