About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join PA Media Group’s growing Commercial Enablement function at a pivotal stage in its development. As Commercial Enablement Executive, you will play a central role in helping our commercial teams operate more effectively and efficiently by reducing internal friction, improving coordination, and ensuring the right tools, processes, and materials are in place to support commercial success. Working closely with the Head of Commercial Enablement, Commercial Director, and cross‑functional stakeholders, you’ll help drive projects forward, manage competing priorities, and bring structure and clarity to fast‑moving initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys problem‑solving, and can adapt quickly as business priorities evolve. You’ll need strong project management and organisational skills, alongside the confidence to work across multiple teams including Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Product and Customer Success.
What you’ll be delivering
- Commercial Enablement & Sales Support
- Support the commercial team by reducing administrative burden and improving operational efficiency.
- Ensure sales materials, proposals, presentations, and customer‑facing content are accurate, high quality, and up to date.
- Help maintain a central repository of commercial collateral, ensuring consistency across teams.
- Project Management & Coordination
- Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives and manage competing priorities across departments.
- Track workflows, deadlines, and requests to ensure projects progress efficiently and stakeholders remain informed.
- Support product launches and commercial initiatives through effective planning and organisation.
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and implement more efficient ways of working.
- CRM & Commercial Operations
- Support Salesforce administration, reporting, and pipeline management.
- Ensure sales data is accurate, timely, and actionable.
- Assist with contracts, approvals, invoicing coordination, and DocuSign processes.
- Work closely with Finance and Credit Control to support smooth customer account management.
About you
You will be highly organised, adaptable, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced commercial environment. You’ll bring:
- Experience in commercial operations, sales support, enablement, project coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong project management and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to manage changing priorities and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Experience working across multiple stakeholders and departments.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
- Confidence working with data, reporting, and commercial information.
It would also be beneficial if you have
- Experience creating presentations and commercial materials with strong attention to design and messaging.
- Experience supporting cross‑functional projects or product launches.
- Previous experience within media, B2B, or commercial environments.
