Additional role requirements:

  • DBS check
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Be part of an out of hours rota
  • Willingness to work Saturday mornings - You’ll work Saturday mornings (9:00am-1:00pm), with the time taken back in lieu. This means a working pattern of two 5.5-day weeks followed by a 4-day week.

We’re looking for an experienced and driven senior leader to take ownership of our disrepair, damp and mould, and major works programmes, ensuring they’re delivered to a high standard, on time, and with residents at the heart of everything we do.

This is a strategic and operational leadership role, responsible for managing large-scale programmes, leading teams, influencing senior decision-makers, and working closely with residents and partners to improve the quality of homes across PA Housing.

You’ll play a critical role in driving value for money, strengthening supplier performance, and ensuring our services meet both regulatory expectations and the lived experience of our residents. You’ll also play a key role in overseeing Awaab’s Law compliance, providing clear performance reporting and practical service improvement recommendations to strengthen our day-to-day operational delivery.
