Lead projects that make homes safer, stronger and better for our residents. We're looking for an experienced and customer-focused Project Manager to join our Asset Services team and lead a diverse portfolio of building maintenance, major works and building safety projects. From managing complex building defects and structural repairs to delivering specialist improvement programmes, you'll play a key role in ensuring our homes remain safe, compliant and fit for the future.
This is an exciting opportunity to combine your project management expertise with a passion for delivering excellent customer outcomes. Working closely with residents, contractors and colleagues, you'll oversee projects from planning through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
Please note this is a Fixed Term Contract until 30th September 2027.
