As our Gas Coordinator, you'll support the Gas Manager in maintaining accurate Landlord Gas Safety Records (LGSR), coordinating contractor activity, and ensuring we meet our statutory obligations under gas safety legislation. You'll be a key link between residents, contractors, and internal teams; helping appointments run smoothly, records stay up to date, and performance remains on track.
