If you’re passionate about creating strong, safe communities, love driving performance, and bring a think differently mindset, this is your chance to influence how thousands of residents experience our services.

Responsibilities

  • Lead our Neighbourhood and Customer Engagement services, ensuring excellent performance and resident satisfaction.
  • Champion a customer-first culture and take a hands-on approach to understanding the resident journey.
  • Build strong partnerships with local authorities, police, community groups, and support providers.
  • Drive operational performance through data-led improvement and root cause analysis.
  • Shape and influence PA’s corporate and resident plans, contributing strategic insight from the frontline.
  • Represent PA Housing at key forums, partnerships, and local authority meetings.
  • Inspire, motivate, and develop your team to deliver exceptional services.
  • Challenge existing approaches, drive innovation, and embed continuous improvement.

  • Engage with residents to ensure services reflect their needs and expectations.

What we’re looking for

  • Senior-level experience in housing, community engagement, or a similar field.
  • A confident leader who inspires others and builds collaborative, high-performing teams.
  • Understanding of housing legislation, regulatory standards, and what excellent neighbourhood services look like.
  • Analytical and comfortable using data to drive decisions and improve outcomes.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Clear and persuasive communication skills, adapting style for different audiences.
  • Creative, solution-focused, and willing to challenge the norm to improve services.
  • Strong organisational, problem-solving, and financial management skills.
  • Passionate about delivering services that reflect respect, integrity, and accountability.

At PA Housing, we believe in respect, integrity, and accountability. Our work is about people not just properties and we’re always looking for ways to do better. If that sounds like your kind of place, we’d love to hear from you.

Disclosure and DBS

This role requires the successful candidate to complete a standard DBS check. A standard DBS check will show any spent and unspent convictions. The role will require visiting/supporting PA Housing residents in their own homes on a regular basis. Having unspent convictions will not necessarily preclude recruitment; if selected, we will complete a risk assessment to understand the circumstances and any remedial action taken since conviction. Suitable references will also be obtained prior to commencement of employment.

Benefits

  • High street discount schemes.
  • Health cash plans.
  • 26 days annual leave, increasing to 29 after three years, with the opportunity to buy more.
  • Flexible bank holidays - take them when it suits you.
