You will have the opportunity to blend the best of both worlds, spending approximately two to three days per week in the office once settled in the role. This is flexible and depends on meeting cycles and board activity. We also offer an optional nine-day fortnight scheme, allowing you to compress your hours if it suits the role.

- Lead and manage the rent processing team to deliver accurate rent setting, rent posting and accounts receivable services.
- Ensure all rents, service charges and other charges are calculated and applied in line with legislation, regulation and tenancy agreements.
- Oversee the accurate posting of rental income and ensure efficient credit control and debtor management processes.

- Lead on rent reviews, reporting and analytical insight to support decision making and regulatory reporting.

- Lead and develop a team of rent officers, supporting performance, training and continuous improvement.
- Ensure strong compliance, audit readiness and regulatory assurance across all rent processing activities.
What we’re looking for:

- A recognised accounting qualification (ACCA / CIMA) would be desired or equivalent senior finance experience.
- Strong knowledge of rent setting, rent standards and service charge legislation.
- Experience working within social housing or a similarly regulated environment.
- Experience leading and developing teams in a finance or income processing environment.
