We're looking for a Customer Services Coordinator to join our brilliant team. This isn't your average customer service job; this is about being a key point of contact for our residents, taking ownership of queries and providing advice, support and resolution across a wide range of housing services. Please note: This role involves working a shift pattern between Monday and Friday, 8am to 8pm, with a rota'd Saturday shift from 9am-12pm and Sunday shift 10am-2pm. We have various hour contracts available (full time and part time hours) - more details to be discussed during interview.
