Lead the strategy that keeps our people safe and our residents protected. We're looking for an experienced and influential Head of Health & Safety to lead and shape our health and safety strategy across PA Housing. This is a pivotal leadership role where you'll drive a positive safety culture, provide expert advice to the Executive Management Team and Board, and ensure we continue to meet the highest standards of compliance while protecting our colleagues, residents and customers.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead organisational change, influence strategic decision-making and embed a proactive approach to health and safety that supports safe homes, safe workplaces and excellent services across the business.
