PA Housing is seeking a Director of Asset Investment to shape and deliver the organisation's long-term asset strategies and investment programmes. You will lead a ~70-strong team and manage substantial budgets to improve homes and communities while advancing sustainability and customer outcomes.
Reporting to the Executive Director of Asset Management, you will drive energy efficiency, retrofit activity and strategic partnerships, ensuring data-driven decision making at board level.
