Responsibilities

  • Management of asbestos removal site and office teams, ensuring compliance with HSG 247 and control of asbestos regulations 2012 at minimum.
  • Preparation of notifications, method statements, risk assessments and company documentation.
  • Administration of the Easybop Remedial database.
  • Building an excellent rapport with new and existing clients.
  • Presenting and providing quotations for commercial and domestic works, strengthening client relations.
  • Carrying out site audits.
  • Responsible for a framework contract.
  • Part of the Contracts Managers team.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in asbestos removal.
  • Training and qualification within this role and the asbestos industry is essential.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • All‑rounder, flexible, with a good work ethic and the ability to carry out the work effectively.
  • Sound knowledge of the Health & Safety procedures pertaining to asbestos.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
