Responsibilities
- Management of asbestos removal site and office teams, ensuring compliance with HSG 247 and control of asbestos regulations 2012 at minimum.
- Preparation of notifications, method statements, risk assessments and company documentation.
- Administration of the Easybop Remedial database.
- Building an excellent rapport with new and existing clients.
- Presenting and providing quotations for commercial and domestic works, strengthening client relations.
- Carrying out site audits.
- Responsible for a framework contract.
- Part of the Contracts Managers team.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in asbestos removal.
- Training and qualification within this role and the asbestos industry is essential.
- Full UK driving licence.
- All‑rounder, flexible, with a good work ethic and the ability to carry out the work effectively.
- Sound knowledge of the Health & Safety procedures pertaining to asbestos.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
