As the face of the business, you will deliver a first‑class experience to clients, investors and senior executives, ensuring the highest standards of service and professionalism at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing a warm, professional and polished welcome to all visitors and clients
- Managing a busy reception area and ensuring the smooth running of front‑of‑house operations
- Handling incoming calls with confidence, professionalism and discretion
- Coordinating meeting rooms, hospitality requirements and visitor arrangements
- Supporting the wider team with administrative duties and office coordination
- Building strong relationships with colleagues, clients and external stakeholders
- Maintaining exceptional presentation standards throughout the reception and client areas Assisting with ad‑hoc projects and supporting the business where required
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience within luxury hospitality, private members' clubs, superyachts or five‑star establishments
- Exceptionally well spoken with outstanding communication skills Immaculately presented with a professional and confident manner
- Strong administration and organisational abilities
- Excellent telephone etiquette and client‑facing skills
- Comfortable interacting with individuals at all levels, from VIP clients to senior executives Adaptable, proactive and solutions‑focused
- A genuine team player with a positive attitude Reliable, discreet and highly professional Ambitious and eager to develop a long‑term career within a corporate environment
