We are seeking a highly organised, family-focused Private PA to support a busy household in North London. This is a hands-on, varied role suited to someone who is proactive, discreet, and happy to “muck in” wherever needed. The ideal candidate will bring a calm, solutions-led approach and enjoy creating smooth, well-run family life across multiple properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day lifestyle support to the principals and family
- Act as first point of contact for household matters, contractors, suppliers, and service providers
- Oversee the smooth running of multiple properties, ensuring maintenance, schedules, and standards are upheld
- Liaise with household staff across locations, supporting communication and ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard
- Manage errands, shopping, sourcing, gifting, and ad-hoc family requests
- Coordinate appointments, diaries, school-related logistics, and family activities
- Assist with travel planning, packing, and itinerary organisation
- Handle household administration, filing, expenses, and basic budgeting
- Provide occasional driving support; a clean licence and own car are essential
- Step in wherever needed to ensure seamless daily operations
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in a private household, family office, or HNW environment essential
- Highly organised, adaptable, and able to prioritise in a fast-moving setting
- Warm, family-orientated, and comfortable working around children
- Strong communication skills and confidence liaising with staff, contractors, and external partners
- Discreet, trustworthy, and committed to maintaining confidentiality
- A genuine team player with a “no task too small” attitude
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
