We have a great new opportunity to support a well-known individual in the fashion and business world. This is a unique opportunity for a proactive and highly organised PA to support a high-profile busy individual. You’ll be managing both personal and business tasks, juggling everything from diary scheduling to travel logistics, and helping keep international properties running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can balance personal and professional responsibilities with ease. Some international travel will be required.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing the diary, travel plans (both UK and international), and appointments
- Travelling with the Principal
- Handling emails and correspondence on behalf of the photographer
- Coordinating shoots, meetings, and liaising with agents, brands, press, and production teams
- Overseeing multiple international residences to ensure they’re well maintained and running smoothly
- Managing household staff both in the UK and abroad
- Organising maintenance, contractors, and service providers for the properties
- Planning and managing international travel, including private charters, visas, reservations, and packing logistics
- Providing remote support and troubleshooting issues while the client is travelling
- Handling basic bookkeeping, invoices, and budget tracking for personal and business expenses
- Managing confidential documents and assisting with personal and business projects
Who We’re Looking For:
- Experienced PA (private and/or business) with a background supporting HNW or high-profile individuals with at least 4 years experience
- Strong understanding of managing international properties and staff
- Discreet, professional, and highly trustworthy
- Able to work independently, handle pressure, and adapt to changing priorities
- Organized, an excellent communicator, and great at multitasking
- Tech-savvy—comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and travel management platforms
- Composed, polished, and presentable
- London-based with easy access to Hampstead
Extra Details:
- Must be flexible with evenings/weekends at times and able to respond outside typical hours when needed
- Valid passport required—occasional travel may be needed
- A UK driving license is preferred but not essential
