Overview

A dynamic and highly respected music producer seeks a proactive, discreet, and family-oriented Personal Assistant to provide seamless support across professional and private spheres. This is a hands-on 360 support role where you help both with family household life and business, requiring emotional intelligence, initiative, and a genuine willingness to “muck in” with all that\’s needed, including light support with children and doggie care. The ideal candidate will be confident navigating the entertainment industry landscape, with and be used to liaising with talent, maybe you\’ve already worked at a label or supported an artist. You will be based from their prestigious studios with visits to the family home whenever required.

Responsibilities

Professional Support

  • Diary management, scheduling, and gatekeeping across multiple time zones
  • Liaising with agents, collaborators, and industry contacts with discretion and polish
  • Inbox management, drafting correspondence, and filtering requests
  • Travel coordination (domestic and international), including itineraries and logistics both private and business

Household & Family Support

  • Coordinating children’s schedules, activities, and appointments
  • Liaising with tutors, schools, and childcare providers as needed
  • Supporting household routines and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Occasional dog care (feeding, walking, vet appointments)
  • Running errands, sourcing gifts, and household provisioning
  • Acting as a trusted point of contact for family members and household staff

Candidate Profile

  • Prior experience supporting a creative principal or high-profile individual
  • Warm, grounded, and emotionally intelligent with a service-first mindset
  • Highly organised, unflappable, and able to anticipate needs before they arise
  • Comfortable in informal, fast-paced environments while maintaining professionalism
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Discreet, loyal, and respectful of boundaries and confidentiality
  • Familiarity with the music industry highly desirable
