About the Role We’re seeking a highly organised, trustworthy Personal Assistant to support the Founder of a Human Rights charity with a mix of business and personal responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities Professional Support

Provide administrative and organisational support for the charity’s Founder.
\\n\\n
Â
\\n\\n
Proofread, edit, and format documents, reports, and correspondence.
\\n\\n
Â
\\n\\n
Maintain digital filing systems and track key documents.
\\n\\n

\\n\\n
Assist with light bookkeeping and expense management.
\\n\\n

\\n\\n
Coordinate meetings, events, and travel logistics.
\\n\\n

Personal Support
\\n\\n

Manage private appointments and scheduling.
\\n\\n

\\n\\n
Handle personal filing, receipts, and accounts.

Oversee the sale of personal items online (e.g. listings, shipping, communications).

Liaise with household or service providers when required.

Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.

About You Proven experience as a PA, EA, or administrative professional (experience supporting a Founder or Director is a plus).

Excellent proofreading and document formatting skills.
\\n\\n

Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
\\n\\n

\\n\\n
Comfortable managing accounts, expenses, and online sales platforms.

Tech-confident: proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and online tools.

Flexible, proactive, and able to manage shifting priorities.
