Part-Time Private and Business PA

Location: Nottinghill (Remote/Hybrid preferred, London-based)

Hours: 10-15 per week

Rate: £25 per hour

Job Specification:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Business and Private Personal Assistant to support a dynamic creative professional engaged in both business and private ventures within the creative and fashion design sectors. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of the creative industry and at least 7 years of experience and super tech-savvy.

Responsibilities:

1. Update/upload online stock
2. Assist with customer queries
3. Liaise with manufacturers/shipping firms
4. Sourcing items
5. Planning shoots
6. Social media content creation
7. Copywriting
8. Recce potential London pop-up locations
9. Provide general support and assistance
10. Help with personal or family arrangements and run errands
11. Travel as required
