A London‑based interior designer is seeking a highly organised, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide predominantly lifestyle support, with the role expanding into business admin as the relationship develops. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating order, managing details, and keeping life running smoothly behind the scenes.

About the Role

The primary focus will be lifestyle and personal administration, ensuring day‑to‑day responsibilities are handled efficiently so the principal can focus on their creative work. Current tasks include:

  • Managing personal insurance, renewals, and related documentation
  • Organising inboxes and drafting responses
  • Coordinating payments, invoices, and liaising with the bookkeeper
  • Household administration
  • Supporting with family‑related admin, including assisting direct family members
  • General life organisation, filing, follow‑ups, and deadline management

As trust builds, the role will naturally expand into business support, including light studio admin, supplier coordination, and project‑related organisation.

What We’re Looking For

  • Exceptionally organised, reliable, and proactive
  • Strong administrative and communication skills
  • Comfortable handling sensitive personal information with absolute discretion
  • Able to prioritise, follow up, and keep multiple tasks moving
  • Confident working independently and taking ownership
  • Experience in interior design or creative industries is helpful but not essential — capability and competence matter most

Working Arrangements

  • 1 day per week initially, increasing to 2 days per week early on
  • In‑person role based in a London office
  • Scope for further growth as responsibilities expand
