We are seeking an organised, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a distinguished media professional. The ideal candidate will have exceptional multitasking abilities and a keen eye for detail. This role involves managing daily schedules, handling personal shopping, running errands, and assisting with house management. You need to be a resourceful, self starter that can just get on with things making your Principals life run smoothly.Key Responsibilities:Organise and maintain the Principals daily schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Run various errands as required, including collecting dry cleaning, grocery shopping, and other personal tasks. Handle personal shopping needs,Arrange domestic and international travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and preparing itineraries.Provide administrative assistance such as email management, document preparation, and maintaining records.Maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality in all matters.Qualifications:Previous experience as a personal assistant in a similar role is essentialLondon based , South of the riverExcellent organisational and time-management skills.
