We are seeking a highly skilled and flexible Personal & Executive Assistant (PA/EA) to provide seamless support to a HNW individual, his family and his business operations. This dynamic role requires exceptional organisational abilities, discretion, and proactive problem-solving skills to ensure smooth daily operations across both professional and personal spheres. You must be happy to travel relatively frequently, but not endlessly and really be able to roll your sleeves up and get on with whatever is needed. This is a really brilliant role with a fantastic boss who really appreciates help and hard work.

This role offers flexibility with remote working when not travelling, but the offices and residence are in Oxfordshire so a relatively easy commute will be highly beneficial as you will on occasion be required at one or the other.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for the CEO.
  • Handle business correspondence, emails, and document preparation.
  • Assist with travel coordination, including coordinating travel.
  • Conduct research and provide briefings on various business matters.
  • Oversee household management, staffing.
  • Travel when required with the CEO and family.
  • Organise events, dinner parties, and social gatherings.
  • Arrange complex international and domestic travel itineraries for the family.
  • Family & Child-Related Support at times.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar PA/EA role supporting HNW individuals or families.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional discretion, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Strong travel coordination experience with global exposure.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to problem-solve independently.
  • Flexibility to travel frequently as required.
