The position offers the chance to join this data centre platform launched by global investment, a leading data centre entrepreneur. The company made an initial $1 billion equity capital commitment from its third global infrastructure fund when the Company launched in 2020 to develop and build data centres across the EMEA region. In January 2026, KKR and Oak Hill Capital announced an additional $1.9 billion equity commitment to support GTR’s substantial development pipeline and expansion into new markets. The team work across Europe and require a confident Personal Assistant to help anchor the team’s daily activity across multiple projects. They will be daily interacting with the team and our investors based in the USA. The role is predominantly office based with 2 days a week working from home a possibility.

Main Duties
- Responsible for day to day running of office, organising meetings at office, office supplies.
- Help in coordinating and drafting powerpoint presentations, client documents as required.
- Working with PR team drafting press releases etc.
- Providing Executive Assistant support to CEO such as managing Partners diaries, booking travel, organising meetings etc.
- Assisting with client conversations in Spanish/German and any written document translation for the team.
- Occasional travel to client meetings in UK and abroad.
- Occasional working from home acceptable.
