We are seeking a highly organised, family‑focused Private PA to support a busy household in North London. This is a hands‑on, varied role suited to someone who is proactive, discreet, and happy to “muck in” wherever needed. The ideal candidate will bring a calm, solutions‑led approach and enjoy creating smooth, well‑run family life across multiple properties.
Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day lifestyle support to the principals and family
- Act as first point of contact for household matters, contractors, suppliers, and service providers
- Oversee the smooth running of multiple properties, ensuring maintenance, schedules, and standards are upheld
- Liaise with household staff across locations, supporting communication and ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard
- Manage errands, shopping, sourcing, gifting, and ad‑hoc family requests
- Coordinate appointments, diaries, school‑related logistics, and family activities
- Assist with travel planning, packing, and itinerary organisation
- Handle household administration, filing, expenses, and basic budgeting
- Provide occasional driving support; a clean licence and own car are essential
- Step in wherever needed to ensure seamless daily operations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a private household, family office, or HNW environment essential
- Highly organised, adaptable, and able to prioritise in a fast‑moving setting
