A warm, busy family in North London is seeking a polished and proactive Junior House Manager/Personal Assistant to support the smooth running of their home. This role is particularly suited to someone who has been working as a Nanny–PA or Family PA and is now ready to transition into a more operational, property-focused position. The successful candidate will report directly to the family’s Executive Assistant, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across household operations, schedules, and priorities. This is a hands-on role with genuine progression potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day running of the North London property, maintaining consistently high standards.
- Manage and coordinate the housekeepers, ensuring daily routines, deep cleans, and presentation standards are upheld.
- Act as the on-site point of contact for all household staff, fostering a positive, efficient working environment.
- Liaise with contractors, trades, and suppliers; oversee visits and ensure work is completed to a high standard.
- Assist with household organisation, storage systems, and maintaining beautifully presented spaces.
- Support small interiors projects, sourcing items, and coordinating deliveries.
PA & Administrative Support
- Manage diaries, appointments, reservations, and weekly planning.
- Report directly to the EA, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and alignment on priorities.
- Coordinate with the EA on household projects, budgets, and scheduling.
- Assist with travel logistics when required.
- Handle household admin, filing, expenses, and basic budgeting.
- Maintain inventories and ensure household supplies are always stocked.
Pet Care
- Confident with animals and happy to support daily routines, feeding, vet visits, and occasional pet sitting.
- Provide hands-on help as needed to ensure pets are well cared for.
Family Support
- Run errands, shopping, gifting, and ad-hoc tasks.
- Assist with preparation for guests, events, and family occasions.
- Anticipate needs and provide seamless, thoughtful support.

- Experience as a Nanny–PA, Family PA, or hybrid household role within a private family.
- Must be a confident driver.
