Key responsibilities
- Managing client requests across luxury travel, dining, and bespoke experiences
- Supporting senior team members in delivering exceptional service
- Attending industry events and building strong relationships
- Acting as a primary point of contact for UHNWI, family office, high-profile, and banking clients
