A fantastic opportunity to join this dynamic team. A London-based startup is hiring a Business Assistant (Operations) to own day-to-day operations and act as the Founder/CEO’s operational right hand. This is a high-autonomy role for a proactive operator who spots problems, decides on solutions, and executes independently.
Key Responsibilities- Own core operations: manage contractors, advisors, vendors, and service providers
- Lead office relocation from the Bloomsbury area, including negotiations, fit-out, and procurement
- Review contracts and key documents, identifying risks and improvements
- Manage CEO calendar, meetings, decisions, and follow-ups
- Consolidate and streamline responsibilities from two existing assistants
- 5+ years’ experience in Business Assistant, EA, or Operations roles (UK preferred)
- Strong independent problem-solver with an ownership mindset
- Comfortable using modern tools and AI to improve efficiency (Russian speaker a plus)
- London-based with right to work in the UK (no sponsorship)
