This role requires a proven background in pure house management within UHNW or high‑end private residences, exceptional organisational ability, and the confidence to lead a team of approximately 20 private staff members.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all day‑to‑day household operations across a large London residence.

• Lead, support, and coordinate a multi‑disciplinary team (circa 20 staff).

• Ensure five‑star standards of presentation, cleanliness, and service at all times.

• Manage rotas, workflows, performance, and training for household staff.

• Liaise closely with the principals and senior estate leadership to deliver seamless service.

• Oversee contractors, suppliers, and maintenance schedules.

• Implement and maintain household systems, procedures, and operational standards.

• Ensure readiness for principal arrivals, events, and guest stays.
